Decoupage & Daquiris - Streamwood Woman's Club
This is a PRIVATE CLASS FOR THE STREAMWOOD WOMAN'S CLUB:
In this class, we will be learning how to decoupage a glass plate and enjoy a few drinks as well. The decorative plate that you will create will function only as a decorative piece and not meant to serve food (but instructions will be given on how to produce a piece that is suitable for food service). This class is a hands-on-learning class with a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Minimum number of people: 12
Maximum number of people: 20
You don’t have to drink to attend, but you have to be 21 if you want to drink.
Cost: $15 each class. Due prior to class. Pre-registration is required.
Refunds: No refunds issued a week prior to class & for No Shows.
What you need to bring: Something to drink - NO SHOTS! Feel free to bring a snack to share. KCMB will not be providing food/drink in this class due to the low enrollment.
What to wear: Dress comfortably. You will probably just get glue on your hands and if you aren't careful, you might get glue on your clothes and it won't come out.

- Info Sheet - this is for you to keep. You don't need to return it to me.
IMPORTANT:
- Your Registration Form, Liability Waiver and Payment holds your place in class! Don't wait to register! (If you are a previous student: Just let me know you are attending & send in your payment)
- You cannot participate in the class without signing the Liability Waiver.
- If you did not put down your birth date, you cannot consume alcohol. Ladies - remember that EVERY DAY is a gift from God. Do not be ashamed and hide your age. I will PROUDLY tell you my age - just ask!
